Another victory!

We weren't able to hold Plaid to a measly three points like Vanessa wanted, but we did keep them to 7 while our score climbed to 15.

We didn't really play our best during this game, but our opponent kept giving us second (and sometimes third or fourth) chances.  If they'd have been on top of their game we would've been in trouble…of course we do have the self-imposed curse of playing down to our opponent. We had two points in a row where each team must have turned it over at least four times.

The skirt changed hips a number of times throughout the game.  Vanessa, who earlier in the day was thinking she wouldn't make the game, ended up earning the honor of MVP.  Perhaps it was the constant heckling from her hubby (Plaid's captain) that motivated her to kick their rumps.
