We started out the playoffs with a bang! In our quarterfinals game Business Casual was only able to score two points against us, despite missing a quarter of our team due to injury, vacation, and Hallowinona.

Nearly everyone seemed to have a good game, however Alex was the first and only person to wear the skirt. I think there may have been some other skirt Ds in there, but the skirt wasn't passed on.

Even though we performed well, we could've made a bloopers video from this game. I arrived and left in my Disco Stu costume. Injured Jon cheered us on from the sideline in his ostrich rider costume. Mr. Kangeberg fell flat on his face while running down the field during one of our pulls. He later discovered the problem was his shorts were on backwards. Adro was on the ground more than anyone else; two or three times in one point! Alex tried to catch the disc with the folds in his forehead by furrowing his brow rather than using his hands. I stumbled and almost fell before laying out for a hammer and having it bounce out of my hand. And Business Casual acted like they didn't know what a zone was, as they left their vertical stack up and running when we put the zone on, which resulted in a quick turn and score (DORF & SCORF). Quote from one of the opponents: "I think it's a zone...no, maybe not."

Nik was voted MVP by a long shot. It may have had something to do with his game-winning layout for a score. :) Adro was this week's runner-up. Onward to the semis!
