| Offense - Alicia has exceptional coordination, rarely loses focus and often makes spectacular catches. She knows how to create separation from defenders and get open. Shows good initial quickness off the stack and knows how to set up a defender in man-to-man. Is deceptively fast on downfield routes. Accelerates when the disc is in the air.
Defense - Alicia's defense is a big strength. Gets downfield, finds her assignment and works to shut down her woman. Lazarus has good instincts, terrific footwork, great range. Mean streak. Punishes receivers over middle, but plays disc when appropriate. Bursts out of cuts, takes little time to reach top speed, and shows a second gear when tracking discs downfield. Big-time playmaker when disc is airborne. Soft hands. Hustles - can make plays from sideline to sideline.
Intangibles - "Lish the Dish" is the only 2003 ORF rookie to return for the 2004 season. This speaks volumes about her her commitment to team and her training regimen, as some quip that the Nokomis Fall League stands for Not For Long. She has stepped up her play in the face of injuries to several key ORF women. Alicia is the ultimate "team guy". She never lets her own contract situation create a media distraction for the team, and is one foxy bitch to boot.
