Vanessa plays like a thief in a Porsche - she's got sticky fingers and heads from 0 to 60 mph in 3 seconds. If you've ever seen her snag an impossible catch, you understand her powers.

Her love of ultimate began in high school. She fed off the competitive spirit. Her skills were sharpened in New Mexico on a women’s league in
Albuquerque and a city team in Santa Fe. Thankfully she drove out of the desert to join TCUL in 2005, and ORF this fall. She handles, she gets open in the middle, and will score on ‘em deep. She displays great team spirit on the sidelines and bar attendance is always superb, as it should be.

Vanessa once said, “I love to play pickup and will go all out, even though it’s ‘just pickup’”. Now that’s simply Vantastic.
